Happy May Day!

Yesterday at preschool, Celia got to plant her own marigold and decorate a container to plant it in. Her teachers told them about May Day and how you're supposed to leave the flower on someone's doorstep and then run away so they don't see you. They told them to leave the flower for someone that they care about to make them have a happy day.

When Ella woke up this morning, this is what she found when she opened her door...

Celia wanted to give her May Day flower to her big sister, so she snuck out of bed last night after Ella had gone to bed and left the flower in front of her door.

Talk about melting my heart...I've been in the best mood all day!
